Thank you for placing your order with Barefoot Birth Pools!
You should receive two confirmation emails, one will be your payment receipt from SquarePay- then a second email confirming the details of your pool hire booking. If you have only received one email please check your junk/spam folder as it may have been directed there by your email provider.
Please check on your order confirmation that you have selected the correct date for your pool to arrive. This is the date that it will be delivered on - you will receive a notification from our website confirming that your item has been shipped the working day before your pool is due to be delivered. Thereafter your updates will come directly from our courier service provider, FedEx.
Should you need to go out or are worried you may miss the door on your delivery date please leave a note for the driver on the door/buzzer etc. They are happy to leave the box without a signature but would need a note from you to confirm this.
