Request collection of pool

Once you are ready to return your pool complete the form below so that we can arrange collection with our courier, FedEx.

Please allow adequate notice for us to schedule the collection, the next working day is the ideal notice period for requesting a pick up though if we have reached our maximum number of returns we may have to offer you an alternative, later date. 

It is your responsibility to ensure that the box is packed as per our handbook guidance and has the returns label securely placed over the original label before it is collected by the courier - please check the underside of the box too in case it has been opened upside down. If the returns label is not on the box or both labels are visible your box may go missing in the sorting hub - we are unable to process deposit refund until your box has been received back with the contents checked and cleaned.

If you do miss the courier we will automatically reschedule the collection for the next working day, there is no need to contact either ourselves or FedEx. If the collection fails twice though we will not re-book it until we have contacted you to ensure that there isn’t anything that we can assist with, such as a missing returns label. 

If you wish to have your box collected from an alternative address, such as a relative or workplace (or perhaps you have moved house!) please enter the new address into the ‘preferred week day for collection’ field. The existing label will still be valid for the box.

You will receive an automated email from our courier once your box has been collected, you will then receive a second email confirming when it has been returned to us. Boxes can take between 1-5 working days to be delivered back to us. 

We can have as many as 15-20 boxes returned on any one day so please do allow us time to process your return.

All equipment is cleaned and tested between hires regardless of whether it has been used or not, therefore deposit refunds can take between 1-3 working days after your pool has been received back to be processed. An automated email will be sent from our website to confirm that the pool has been returned and the deposit refunded, along with a second email from either Worldpay, Square or PayPal confirming that your £100 deposit has been refunded. This can vary between card providers and can take between 2-5 working days to show up. Please note: some credit card providers will place the refund against the original transaction date not the refund date.
