A really good experience. We found out very last minute that the hospital couldn't provide a pool for a home birth. Barefoot were recommended to us, and they delivered a pool within 24 hours of ordering it. Ordering process was very simple and the checklist for what was delivered / what needed to be returned was very straightforward. Customer service was excellent, had a few queries about return process for the product and they couldn't have been more helpful.

Such a fantastic company. I had to email to say that I needed the pool for longer as I was late. Shona replied to my message and was just amazing gave me very positive vibes and definitely didn’t feel like I was talking to a company more like a friend with lots of support. Don’t look anywhere else for your birthing pool lovely quality and all very well explained. Collection After use of the pool was even better and so easy. Thank you for such a lovely pool that I birthed my beautiful daughter in.

We had an amazing experience using Barefoot. Everything is super easy with them, both receiving and returning, no hidden costs and easy to get hold of. The pools and equipment are top quality too, we loved it. Most importantly though, we called up Barefoot and they were so knowledgable and kind about all aspects of birth. 

They helped us with a range of things and gave us confidence to home birth, because they are wonderful! Highly highly recommend.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AT EVERY STAGE My wife gave birth to our baby boy in December in a barefoot birthing pool. We couldn't have done it without them. From a dads point of view, everything I needed was available, clearly labelled and packaged and most importantly was in working order. I was hoping to have a dry run setting up, but our son arrived early so I set up the pool for the first time on the day and my wife gave birth in 5 hours after her waters broke. Under that pressure, it's REALLY important that everything works and makes sense setting up, which thankfully it did. Customer support on the phone, booking and returning the kit was also very helpful and personal which at a time like this is very encouraging. From my wifes' point of view, she found the pool a huge relief with her contractions and after moving into the pool from the sofa, gave birth after 5 mins! So she rates them too. If only more businesses were run this way.
